Jesse van Ruller is considered one of the leading jazz guitarists of today, admired for his unique sound, virtuoso technique, and beautiful compositions.

He won the prestigious Thelonious Monk Award in 1995 and graduated summa cum laude from the Hilversum Conservatory in the same year. Since then, he has performed and recorded with many renowned musicians and released seven albums as a leader.

With his trio, Jesse shows his remarkable talent both as a guitarist and composer, blending tradition and innovation in a classic guitar–bass–drums setting.
